There is no cost to list your roles on Linillo. Careers Mode gives you unlimited postings, a hosted careers page and your application inbox for free. Referrals are the paid part, and you choose Pilot or Platform when you are ready for them.

A reward you set
You choose the reward on each role — 3% of first-year salary is our recommendation. The referrer receives 90% of it.
Turn on your referral network
When you post a technology role, Linillo notifies engineers and technology sales professionals who can refer people they have actually worked with.
1. Post your role
Describe your ideal candidate. We match the role to referrers whose own networks sit in that discipline — software and infrastructure engineering, or specialist technology sales.
2. Network is notified
Referrers working in the same discipline see your role and go through their own contacts asking "who do I know for this?"
3. Warm intros arrive
You receive referrals from people who have worked with the candidate — and on Verified referrals, the candidate has confirmed the conversation themselves.

Who pays what, and who receives what
The claim sets the price; the outcome sets the reputation. Referrers earn nothing for a profile alone, and a verified referral only pays in full once the candidate confirms.
